1. What we offer
Sharkhex Classifieds is a classifieds platform: individuals and businesses publish listings, and buyers contact sellers directly. We don't sell the items listed and we are not a party to transactions between users.
2. Your account
- You sign up with a valid email address, which you confirm.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done from your account.
- You can delete your account at any time from its settings.
3. Listings
- Only list items or services you have the right to sell, with an accurate description and real photos.
- Not allowed: illegal, counterfeit or stolen goods, misleading or offensive content, content that infringes other people's rights, duplicate listings and spam.
- A listing stays active for a limited time; you can reactivate it from your account.
- We may edit, suspend or remove listings that break these terms, and any user can report a listing.
4. Transactions between users
Price, payment, delivery and warranty are agreed directly between buyer and seller. We recommend seeing the item before paying, meeting in public places and never sending deposits or card details to people you don't know.
5. Paid services
Some categories or promotion options may be paid. The price and duration are shown before you pay. Services already delivered (for example an activated promotion) are not refundable, except where the law requires it.
6. Published content
You keep ownership of your texts and photos and give us the right to show them on the site and in our apps while the listing is published. The rest of the site's content belongs to Sharkhex Classifieds and may not be copied without our permission.
7. Liability
We do our best to keep the site working correctly and safely, but we can't guarantee that the information in listings is accurate, and we are not responsible for the items sold or for how users behave.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. We will tell you about important changes before they take effect.
